- Email communications: If you email us directly, we retain those communications to respond and provide services.

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)
- Booking data: Legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps — to arrange and conduct the strategy call you requested.
- Email data: Legitimate interest — to respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics: Legitimate interest — to understand how our website is used and improve it.
4. Third-Party Processors
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to deliver our services:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector HQ Inc. — Booking widget and CRM. Their privacy policy applies to data submitted via the booking widget.
- Vercel Inc.— Hosting and analytics. Data is processed in accordance with Vercel's DPA and privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain booking and email data for up to 3 years after our last interaction, or as long as necessary to provide the services you requested. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The GoHighLevel booking widget may set functional cookies required for the booking process. Vercel Analytics uses privacy-preserving techniques and does not rely on cookies.
